Who is responsible

Vigilare is currently an independent project operated by its creator. Before this page is opened to the public, the creator’s chosen project contact details will be published here.

If a company is later established to operate Vigilare, responsibility for the same project and mailing list may move to that company. Subscribers will be informed about a material change and may unsubscribe at any time. Fresh consent will be obtained if applicable law requires it.

What we collect

When you join the mailing list, we collect your email address, the date and time of your sign-up, the consent wording shown to you, and the location of the sign-up form used. We also use short-lived, pseudonymous security records to limit automated abuse; raw IP addresses are not retained in the subscriber database.

Why we use it

We use your information to send Vigilare development updates, announcements about playtesting or availability, and notifications relating to its future Kickstarter campaign. We also maintain records needed to honour your choices and protect the sign-up form.

Who can access it

The mailing list is accessible only to the Vigilare project owner and infrastructure providers necessary to host the website, operate its database, or deliver email updates. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell subscriber information.

How long we keep it

We retain active subscription information while the mailing list remains relevant to Vigilare. If you unsubscribe, a limited suppression record may be retained to make sure you are not contacted again. Information is removed when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request applies.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe using the link in any Vigilare update. Depending on where you live, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information. Contact instructions will be published before public sign-ups begin.

Cookies and advertising

This page does not use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or nonessential analytics cookies. Essential technical measures may be used to keep the website secure and operational.
