The case
Somewhere on the table, a weapon, a suspect, and a motive are hidden in plain sight.

What ended the night?

Who had something to hide?

And most importantly, what drove the deed?
How it unfolds
Draw cards, deploy actions, trade hidden evidence, and gather information the other investigators never see.
Present a theory. Challenge someone else’s. The first investigator whose answer cannot be disproved wins.
What makes it different
Every clue reshapes the investigation. Every decision changes what the other investigators know.
01Watch the card backs, track public information, and work out what the other investigators might be holding.
02Certain cards stay face-down, concealing information the other players would very much like to uncover.
03Make offers for hidden evidence. The right exchange can crack the case—or walk you straight into a trap.
04Use card actions to investigate, disrupt, or take information, while watching for the counters that can stop you.
05Every character has a different ability, creating new opportunities to expose evidence or change the pace.
06Name the weapon, suspect, and motive. One matching card can disprove the entire theory.
Inside the deck
Weapons, suspects, motives, and character abilities—each one can change what you think you know.
